Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Insynet app and the website insynet.se (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

1. The Service

Insynet is an iOS app that displays public information about insider transactions, hedge funds' 13F filings, spin-offs and related market data. All data is sourced from public records (SEC, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, and stock exchanges).

2. No Investment Advice

• Insynet is NOT a financial adviser, broker or licensed securities institution.
• The content is for information and educational purposes only.
• No signals, lists or alerts constitute a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
• Consult an independent, licensed adviser before making any investment decisions.

3. Historical Performance

All historical data, statistics and academic research shown in the app are historical and provide no guarantee of future results. Investments in securities can both rise and fall in value — you may lose all or part of your invested capital.

4. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for any investment decisions you make.
• You certify that you are at least 18 years old.
• You must not use the service for illegal trading, market manipulation or insider offenses.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are handled via Apple's App Store under Apple's standard terms.
• They renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Price and features of each tier are shown in the app and may change with 30 days' notice.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policy. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. As the app developer, we cannot issue refunds ourselves — this is controlled by Apple.

7. Data Quality & Errors

We strive for accurate and up-to-date data, but cannot guarantee completeness or freedom from error. Third-party sources (SEC, the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) may have delays or errors. We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or delayed data.

8. Intellectual Property

Insynet, its logo, design and code belong to Nenad Milicevic. You may use the service under these terms but may not copy, distribute or create derivatives without written permission. The underlying market data is public and belongs to its respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Insynet and its owner are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to investment losses, data loss or service interruptions. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the past 12 months.

10. Termination

• You can delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing us.
• We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms, fraud or abuse.
• Upon termination your access ends, but these terms remain applicable to prior use.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notice at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue. Unresolved disputes are heard in Swedish courts with Stockholm District Court as the first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
